Make sure to get double room with ceiling windows, complimentary breakfast, as for instance. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge are a nice touch...

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in New Orleans. The place was special and had very attentive staff with the customer service provided by the staff, enjoyed the stay. The location turned out to be perfect, close to everywhere, including train station, WW II museum and all the best restaurants in under 15 minutes.

The location is best possible and ideal, specially if you want to stay minutes from restaurants and bars. Btw, it's set in the secure area.

The location is absolutely perfect; in fact, it's the best thing about the hotel; it's also a typical and beautiful building
attention at the reception, during the morning is very good, staff at night is quite dry and unpleasant. first night they gave me a room without a window of any kind (only the 4 walls around); claustrophobic. light didn't work, shower didn't work, water came out of a tap in the sink, TV didn't work. the next day I explained all this and asked to be moved to another room. room of the last two days was very big, nice, with two balconies to the street; everything worked, except the sink, must have been stuck and water didn't run. I don't want to hurt the reception staff during the day, who are very kind and friendly

We stayed for 2 nights in a King Suite and loved the cozy old hotel vibe. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and we were thrilled with the complimentary cocktails during happy hour. A minor hiccup was that the elevator felt a bit cramped, but it didn't spoil our lovely time! 😊

good location. Excellent staff service
Our room didn't have a window. They didn't voluntarily replace the amenities. And they didn't clean very well (under the bed there were shoes of the previous guest)

central hub for new orleans adventures and park strolls
My partner and i found this hotel to be an very nice homebase, just a short walk to iconic spots like the french quarter and louis armstrong park. Plus, the staff always greeted us with smiles while the complimentary croissants were a great start to our mornings.

Excellent location and very friendly staff
Complimentary breakfast is boring every day the same. However, it is a supplement because the rate does not include breakfast
